Please note that it will be difficult to respond to requests for damage, dirt, or product shortages during delivery after 8 days or more. (Sale items are non-returnable items.)

We do not accept returns for outlets, sale items, or items with "Non-returnable" on the sales page. (Excluding defective products)

● Lost or damaged products and accessories

● Products that have been used even once

● Products that have been processed, repaired, cleaned, etc.

We will accept returns and exchanges at our expense, including shipping and handling.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges for exchanges and returns due to customer's convenience such as "I ordered the wrong product" or "The size does not match".

 

 

[Refund procedure]

Refund of the product price will be made after confirming the arrival of the returned product.

When purchasing at a convenience store payment:

After the returned product arrives at our shop, we will transfer it to the bank account specified by the customer within 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

If you purchased by credit card or AMAZON PAY:

Refunds will be made through the credit card company used at the time of purchase.It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to you.

Paidy If purchased with next month payment:

The product price will be offset via Paidy, so you will not be charged.
It will be reflected in your MyPaidy after receiving the return / cancellation notice.
