About return method and acceptance deadline

Please make sure that the delivered product is correct within 7 days after the product arrives.

Please note that it will be difficult to respond to requests for damage, dirt, or product shortages during delivery after 8 days or more.

 Please note that the following products cannot be accepted.

・ We cannot accept returns of outlets, sale items, or items with "No returns" on the sales page. (Excluding defective products)

・ If you contact us more than 8 days after the item arrives

・ Returns without prior notice / confirmation

・ Products that have been used more than once

・ Items with the tag removed

・ Products whose customers have been soiled

・ Products that are clearly judged to have a feeling of use after confirmation at the time of arrival at our company

・ If returns or excessive returns are continued for each order, future purchases may be refused.



When a product is defective / dirty / damaged / excess / deficiency of the product or a different product arrives

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different,

We will accept returns and exchanges at our expense, including shipping and handling.

 If you wish to exchange or return at your convenience

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges for exchanges and returns due to customer's convenience such as "I ordered the wrong product" or "The size does not match".



About refund procedure

Refund of the product price will be made after confirming the arrival of the returned product.

When purchasing at a convenience store payment:

After the returned product arrives at our shop, we will transfer it to the bank account specified by the customer within 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

If you purchased by credit card or AMAZON PAY:

Refunds will be made through the credit card company used at the time of purchase.It usually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to you.

Paidy Next month payment / smartphone payment When purchased with a smartphone app:

The product price will be offset via the My paidy / smartphone payment app, so you will not be charged.
After receiving the return / cancellation notification, it will be reflected in your My paidy / smartphone payment application.
